Yoga instructor Jen Bailey is trying to run her online yoga class, but someone keeps sabotaging her with silly requests, demanding something called 'The Hopping Mad Workout'. After multiple requests and messages, Jen loses her patience and tells the class it doesn't exist. As soon as the words are out of her mouth, an unseen prankster sneaks up and whacks poor Jen's toes with a hammer. Yelling and hopping on the spot, Jen can't work out what's going on - until her other foot gets the same treatment.

By the end of the class, poor Jen is left cooling her sore feet in a bucket of water, and wondering what the hell just happened to her.
