I started gaining so much weight around the holidays that I hid the scale and refused to weight myself anymore. Now that it’s March, I suppose it’s time I check and see if I’ve undone any of the holiday damage. I strip down till I’m naked and pull out the scale. Did I gain? Have I lost anything?
