I had a video where I wanted my muscles to look pumped (fan request). I filmed myself doing a quick upper body pump workout of bicep curls, lateral shoulder raises. For the workout I'm wearing a sports bra and shorts.

After the exercises I pose naked. I do a bit of flexing. My muscles are trembling from all the flexing I did in the video I filmed before this one, "Big Biceps Bet".
