I thought it could start with you standing next to the bed (like in the image attached) doing a few stretches, including your arms and legs, and even bending down a few times.
You then stretch and yawn, and lie down on the bed, on top of the sheets, reading something (could be your phone, book, anything you like).
While reading, occasionally you can rub your legs together, feeling comfortable, and relaxed.
After a few minutes, you can go underneath the covers, and continue reading. You could then massage and caress your panties with one hand under the covers (or pretend to if you feel more comfortable) so we can see the hand motions from under the covers. After a few minutes, you feel tired, and decide to roll over and (and the video ends).
