Las reglas de este combate step-son: cada chica tiene que alcanzar 5 puntos, que se consiguen derribando al oponente y manteniéndolo 5 segundos en el suelo, con agarres de lucha, candados o agarrándolo con el propio peso de su cuerpo. Una vez conseguidos los 5 puntos, tendrán derecho a utilizar algún material bondage para atar al oponente. El ganador será el primero en inmovilizar completamente a su rival.
