She complains about an itch on her knee and pushes the stocking down to scratch her bare knee with her fingers. Now, show her foot as she pops your heel out of the shoe. As she dangles, she continues to push the stocking down until it reaches her ankle. Her shoe is now dangling dangerously from her toes. She says,"Great. Now my heel itches!"
