My first winter cold is coming on, my throat is so scratchy and my nose is beginning to run. I blow my nose on a big soft hankie, but the rest drips down the back on my throat making me cough into my hankie. I cough and blow as hard as I can, trying to get off the hard phlegm coating my nose and throat.
